Experience

Josh Grumke is a civil litigation attorney focusing his practice in the areas of Municipal, Construction and Personal Injury Law. Josh brings valuable experience and perspective having worked on both sides of the table. Prior to joining Harris Dowell Fisher & Young, Josh worked for a civil litigation defense firm performing work in the areas of construction, municipal, and personal injury litigation. He also spent part of his career at a civil litigation plaintiffs firm performing work in the areas of asbestos, mass tort, and multidistrict litigation with clients throughout the United States.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law. While in law school he served as an intern with both the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri and the St. Louis City Counselor’s Office. Josh also holds an accounting degree from Truman State University.

In his free time, Josh enjoys serving as a volunteer baseball coach for the high school he attended in the St. Louis area. You can also find him playing golf, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephew.
