Kevin M. Leahy is an AV peer reviewed rated, experienced counselor, litigator, business advocate.  He works with insurance professionals, small business owners, families, and individuals to identify, navigate, and resolve legal and Estate issues. As a specialist in the defense of Missouri and Illinois Workers Compensation matters, Kevin has defended and resolved minor, pro se injuries to complex disability, death benefit, subrogation, employment and wrongful discharge claims. Kevin has represented companies in EEOC claims and FMLA disputes. He regularly appears before both Mo. and Il. Labor Commissions, Circuit Courts and has submitted briefs and oral argued in all State Courts of Appeals in Missouri and Illinois.   Kevin’s cases regularly calls upon his knowledge, expertise and familiarity with Insurance, personal injury, healthcare, employment, corporate, contracts and estate planning to reach practical solutions  for large and small companies, families, and individuals.
