Founded in 1973 with a focus on management-side employment law, the firm has built a strong reputation for defending employers in complex workplace matters. 12 years ago, the firm strategically expanded its practice to include workers’ compensation defense, becoming a trusted partner for businesses in both Missouri and Illinois, navigating the intricacies of defending workplace injury claims.

Today, the firm is excited to announce further growth with our recent addition of commercial litigation and municipal representation in civil matters to its portfolio.
